Reverend Father,

We inform you that you, not having responded to our request for explanations regarding your anticanonical actions, and having missed the appointment at our See of Venice, of which [you were notified in] the Letter Protocol No. 18/21/01.2019, after a full evaluation of all the documents concerning your case, we have decided on a suspension “a divinis” for a period of three (3) months, and we invite you to present yourself as soon as possible at our See.

Therefore, effective today you no longer have the right to perform liturgical or sacramental actions, to give the blessing, and to wear liturgical vestments. We warn you not to undertake any administrative or anticanonical initiatives relative to the Orthodox Church of Christ the Saviour, St. Catherine the Martyr, and St. Seraphim of Sarov in San Remo.
